Vision
We envision a resource-focused center that will assist local business owners and entrepreneurs in myriad ways, from mentoring and funding to assistance with technological advancements. Our priority will be to equip entrepreneurs, business owners and startups with the tools they need to succeed, whether that means providing technological resources and support, providing funding or connecting them to vital business services such as accounting and marketing tools. As a business hub, IBTIC will offer guidance, connections and opportunities for business owners, entrepreneurs and startups to launch, grow, evolve and expand.
Implementation
Located on-site at the Museum of Clean, in historic Old Town Pocatello, the incubation center will be a dynamic ecosystem of ideas, evolution and support. Here, emerging entrepreneurs will be able to meet with like-minded peers, established business owners and successful fellow entrepreneurs who will serve as mentors. The sole requirement for utilizing these resources is a commitment to donate time to the Incubation Center, fostering a collaborative and supportive community.
Application Process
Prospective program participants will be asked to submit an online proposal outlining the details of their startup, which will in turn be presented to the mentor committee. Once all applications have been reviewed, a select number of candidates will be invited to present their ideas to the committee byway of a pitch process
Your Role
As a member of the mentor committee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future - both of those you choose to mentor and that of the Incubation Center itself. Your insight and input will be critical in selecting candidates who have a unique and promising vision that you believe in.You will then be charged with fostering relationships with your chosen participants and offering your guidance and help as you impart your experience and expertise.

Teaching participants crucial leadership skills will be a major priority as we believe this will prove key to their business’ success.
