Proof of Concept
The initial proof of concept for the IBTIC should be located in Pocatello, serving South East Idaho, with expansion plans for Twin Falls, ID and Nampa, ID. Pocatello serves as the primary incubation campus where start-ups gain access to resources crucial for launching new businesses. The IBTIC collaborates with Idaho State University (ISU) to identify potential entrepreneurs, encouraging individuals interested in business start-ups to submit proposals. Funding decisions are based on the merit of these proposals, with final qualification limited to Idaho residents.
